Exchange and Return Policy


1. Replacement:


We would like to clarify that our replacement policy is limited only to cases where the error is on the part of the store, such as:


  • Receiving a product different from what was ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.


In these cases, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order, attaching photos showing the problem, and we will work to replace the product as soon as possible.

Please note that products cannot be exchanged for any other reason, such as changing your mind or choosing the wrong color or size.


2. Recovery:


Returns are only allowed if the customer chose the wrong cover size , subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order .
  • The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging .
  • The customer ships the product at his own expense, as the shipping company does not provide a return service.
  • The amount will be refunded after receiving the product and checking its condition.


General Conditions:


  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost in case of return.
  • Used or damaged products cannot be returned.

  • If the order arrives and there are a shortage of stickers, the amount of the missing stickers will be refunded using the same payment method.
