توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف يتعامل تطبيق سيملس ("نحن") مع المعلومات
عند استخدامك لتطبيق تصميم كفرات الآيفون الخاص بنا.
التطبيق يجمع بيانات قليلة جداً، وقد كتبنا هذه السياسة بأبسط شكل ممكن.

١. ما البيانات التي نجمعها
أ) بيانات تُخزن على جهازك فقط
- لغتك المفضلة
- التصاميم التي تحفظها (لون الكفر، الستيكرات، السلسلة، صورة المعاينة)
تُخزن هذه البيانات في ذاكرة آيفونك ولا تُرسل إلينا أو لأي طرف ثالث.
تُحذف تلقائياً عند حذفك للتطبيق.
ب) بيانات تُرسل إلى Firebase
- رمز الإشعارات (Push Token) الصادر من Apple يُرسل إلى Google Firebase
عشان نقدر نرسل لك إشعارات ترويجية إذا فعّلت الإشعارات من إعدادات
آيفونك. هذا الرمز لا يكشف هويتك.
- بيانات أساسية عن الأعطال والأداء، نستخدمها فقط لإصلاح الأخطاء
وتحسين التطبيق.
ج) بيانات لا نجمعها
- لا نجمع اسمك أو إيميلك أو رقم جوالك أو أي معلومات شخصية.
- لا يحتاج التطبيق إلى تسجيل حساب.
- لا نصل إلى صورك أو جهات اتصالك أو موقعك.
- لا نعالج عمليات دفع داخل التطبيق.
٢. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- لإرسال إشعارات ترويجية عن منتجات سيملس، فقط إذا فعّلت الإشعارات.
- لتشخيص الأعطال وتحسين استقرار التطبيق.
٣. الأطراف الثالثة
الطرف الثالث الوحيد الذي يستلم بيانات من التطبيق هو Google Firebase،
ويُستخدم للإشعارات وتقارير الأعطال. سياسة خصوصية Firebase متاحة على
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
عند الضغط على "تسوّق من سيملس" داخل التطبيق، سيتم نقلك إلى موقعنا
saudiseamless.com في المتصفح. من تلك اللحظة تنطبق سياسة خصوصية الموقع.
٤. حقوقك
- يمكنك تعطيل الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات آيفون ← الإشعارات ← سيملس.
- يمكنك حذف جميع التصاميم المحفوظة محلياً بحذف التطبيق.
- يمكنك طلب حذف أي بيانات نحتفظ بها عنك بمراسلتنا على
٥. خصوصية الأطفال
هذا التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣. لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات
شخصية من الأطفال. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قد أرسل لنا معلومات،
تواصل معنا لحذفها.
٦. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في الأعلى يعكس
دائماً أحدث نسخة. التغييرات الجوهرية سيتم إعلانها داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Seamless app ("we", "us", "our")
handles information when you use our iPhone case designer app.
We've kept this short and plain because the app collects very little
data. If you have questions, email us at [email protected].
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
a) Data stored only on your device
- Your language preference
- The designs you save (case color, stickers, chain, thumbnail image)
These are stored in your iPhone's local storage and never sent to us
or any third party. They are deleted when you delete the app.
b) Data sent to Firebase
- A push-notification token issued by Apple, sent to Google Firebase
so we can deliver promotional notifications if you've enabled them
in your iPhone settings. The token does not identify you personally.
- Basic crash and performance data, used only to fix bugs and improve
the app.
c) Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other
personal information.
- We do not require an account to use the app.
- We do not access your photos, contacts, or location.
- We do not process payments inside the app.
2. HOW WE USE THE DATA
- To send you promotional notifications about Seamless products,
only if you've enabled notifications.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
3. THIRD PARTIES
The only third party that receives any data from this app is Google
Firebase, used for push notifications and crash reporting. Firebase's
privacy policy is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
If you tap "Shop on Seamless" inside the app, you'll be taken to our
website saudiseamless.com in your browser. From that point, the privacy
policy of saudiseamless.com applies.
4. YOUR RIGHTS
- You can disable notifications anytime in iPhone Settings →
Notifications → Seamless.
- You can delete all locally saved designs by uninstalling the app.
- You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has
provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at
the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Significant
changes will be announced inside the app.
